Persepolis – Iran under the Sun precisely

Persepolis could be described as a … showroom.

A showroom of ancient magnificence of the first Persian empire and his vastness. That empire, which once ran from the Danube river to the Indus, ruled other nations by showing respect for their cultures and beliefs. It was the biggest ever known empire of the world (exceeding the Roman). Carved on stone remain the first principles of “human rights”, written by Cyrus the Great about 380 years B.C. (a copy of that so called “cylinder” is hold in the UN in New York).

May the past enlighten the future of this nation.
